Keep paper floppies and Marvel NFT comics in different binders
A print issue numbered 12 and a Marvel NFT comic also labeled 12 are cousins, not twins. Sharing a row makes a gap map lie: you will think a digital hole is filled because a floppy lives in a longbox.
At Utility Work Core we start every inventory by asking which stack is in the room. Paper goes to a cream section. NFT lines go to a yellow section. Cross-references are footnotes, never merged cells.
Collectors who read both formats still deserve both pleasures. They just should not share a spine number in our board.
If you mail us photos of boxes, label the cardboard “print” in the first frame. It saves a whole argument about why a staple is visible on a “digital” comic.
