Collection ledger

Custom board

The ledger is how Utility Work Core turns a pile of Marvel NFT comics into dated rows you can still argue about productively.

A Utility Work Core ledger is a physical or spreadsheet board with five lanes. It is not a live database we host, and it is not a Veve account.

Lane 1 — Issue spine

Every Marvel NFT comic gets a spine number we assign for the session. Next to it sits the series title as printed, the issue number as listed, and a yes/no for “read.”

Lane 2 — Cover skin

Treatments, foils, and homage palettes live here so two skins do not share a spine by accident.

Lane 3 — Calendar tick

If the comic arrived during a known drop window, we tick the month cell. Ticks are historical, not alarms.

Lane 4 — Provenance sentence

One sentence: gift, trade, primary, or unknown. Optional Binance-compatible funding words stay in a pencil margin and never become a payment rail.

Lane 5 — Gap boxes

Empty numbers in the series you named. Boxes close only when you show the library screen.

How to start

Look through tracking work, then email or call. Bring whatever already proves what you hold.

The board is yours when you leave. We do not keep a master copy unless you ask us to store a sealed envelope at the Asoke desk, which is a paper courtesy, not cloud custody of comics.
