What this website collects

This website does not include lead capture, contact, newsletter, or booking forms. We do not receive name, email, or message fields through a web form, and we do not operate a form-submission interface.

Technical data that may appear in ordinary server or hosting logs includes IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. Those logs exist to keep the site running, not to build marketing lists.

If you email or telephone us, the contents of that mailbox or call are processed to answer you. That happens off this form-free website.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept only as long as the host requires for security and billing, typically a short rolling window. Email you send is kept as long as needed to complete a catalog conversation, then deleted or archived according to Thai bookkeeping rules if an invoice was issued.
