Refund Policy

Scope

This website does not sell comics, software downloads, or subscriptions. Refunds, when they apply, concern invoices for catalog sessions described on rates.

Unused sessions

If you cancel a booked inventory, variant, calendar, provenance, or gap-mapping session with at least two Bangkok working days’ notice, we refund any deposit already invoiced for that unused time. Notice is by telephone to +66 2 555 3250 or email to contact@utilityworkcore.click.

Completed work

Once a ledger file or printed board has been delivered, the session is complete. We do not refund because a later Marvel NFT comic drop changed a gap map. We can quote a new session to update the board.

Errors on our side

If we misspelled a series title in a way that makes the board unusable, we correct the file at no extra invoice. If we fail to attend a confirmed appointment without cause, we refund the related invoice.

How money returns

Refunds travel by the same bank transfer or cash method used to pay the invoice. Because this site has no checkout, there is no card capture to reverse here.

Thai consumer rules may give you additional rights that this page cannot reduce. Talk with us first at the Asoke desk or by phone.
