By reading pages on https://utilityworkcore.click you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Booking a catalog session is a separate conversation by telephone or email; these web pages do not create a paid contract by themselves.

Who we are

Utility Work Core publishes informational pages from Level 11, 39 Asoke Road, Bangkok 10110. We catalog Marvel NFT comics as records. We are not Marvel, Disney, Veve, or Binance.

Intellectual property

Site copy, original panel graphics, and the Utility Work Core name belong to us unless a credit says otherwise. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery belong to their owners and appear only for informational and review discussion of collector tracking. You may not copy our ledgers templates and resell them as official Marvel materials.

Informational offering

Pages describe inventory, variant, calendar, provenance, and gap-mapping work. They do not sell comics, open wallets, or execute trades. Pricing is informational. Compatibility language, including Binance-compatible margin notes and Veve navigation, does not mean endorsement.

Links to Veve, image hosts, fonts, or other sites are provided for convenience. Those operators have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content. A “Get it from Veve” control is ordinary navigation to https://veve.me.

Compatibility claims

Where we mention Veve, Marvel titles, or Binance-compatible bookkeeping labels, we mean descriptive compatibility or subject matter. We do not claim certification, sponsorship, or partnership.

Liability

Ledgers can contain human error. We are not liable for missed drops, mis-typed issue numbers, or decisions you make after reading a gap map. To the fullest extent allowed under the law of Thailand, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes about this website, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a posting constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
